Group Meal Request Form

Do you have a large group coming to campus, or are you a large group looking for a meal for your group?

Register three weeks prior to your visit.  Your request will not be confirmed automatically, someone from our team will reach out to confirm your visit.

Payments accepted are Cash, Check, and/or Credit Card: payable at time or prior to visit.

If you are a tax-exempt organization, the tax-exempt certificate must be emailed to savory-robin@harvesttableculinary.com one week prior to your visit.

We must have a minimum number of attendees secured no later than 3 days before your visit.

Price (per person):

Breakfast: $12.50 (plus sales tax, as applicable); Lunch: $17.25 (plus sales tax, as applicable); Dinner: $18.50 (plus sales tax, as applicable)

Please note: we do not provide any discounts.
