Usdan Kitchen features a variety of options for everyone. From scratch-made pizzas and restaurant-inspired dishes to our local feature salad bar and vegan and vegetarian options along with our allgood stations with dishes made without the top 9 allergens, there is something for everyone at Usdan Kitchen.

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm

Friday: 8:00 am – 2:30 pm

Breakfast/Continental: $13.00 (plus sales tax, as applicable); Brunch/Lunch/Light Lunch: $18.00 (plus sales tax, as applicable); Dinner: $19.25 (plus sales tax, as applicable)

The Hoot Market is Brandeis University’s on-campus convenience store, located in the Lower Usdan Student Center. The Hoot offers a variety of options including vegetarian, vegan, kosher, locally made, and items made without gluten—making it easy to find something that fits your lifestyle.
