With over 20 years of experience in the food service industry. His career has spanned corporate dining, collegiate dining, and private chef services, giving him a well-rounded perspective in both high-volume operations and personalized dining experiences.
Chef Roy specializes in developing approachable and diverse menus that accommodate a variety of dietary needs while maintaining exceptional culinary standards. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong foundation in delivering memorable dining experiences, as his passion for hospitality shines through in everything he does.
