Brandeis Hospitality Celebrates The 75th Anniversary Of Brandeis University

On Wednesday, October 18th, The Farm Table & Kosher Table at Sherman hosted a birthday dinner for students to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Brandeis University with our Brandeis Birthday Bash dinner.

Students wore colorful birthday hats as they entered the dining hall and were taken back by the wide variety of options and surprises that awaited them. From a steamship, beef tenderloin carving station, roasted lamb and herb salmon to a chocolate fountain, birthday cake, bananas foster, and hor d’oeurves stations. Many of the items served during the dinner were driven primarily based on student feedback through our Napkin Talk, Your Feedback Matters, and other feedback channels. Students were very excited to also be able to meet and take pictures with “The Judge” who was roaming around the dining hall enjoying the celebration. The night was capped off with the entire dining hall singing “Happy Birthday” to Brandeis University and enjoying the birthday cake made by our in-house bakery team. Students also stopped to admire the large “75th anniversary” ice sculpture that was made exclusively for the Brandeis Birthday Bash.

Needless to say, this was a student-favorite event and we wish Brandeis University a very happy anniversary with more to come.
