Zen Den Sushi

On November 10th, 11th and 12th will feature our Zen-Den Sushi event featuring Award winning guest Senior Executive Chef Ron Stuhm, CEC, PCIII, with two teaching kitchens on the 10th, one for students at 2:00PM and one for Faculty/Staff at 5:00PM to learn how to prepare sushi, a station takeover at Usdan Kitchen with freshly prepared sushi on the 11^th at 11:00AM, and a Farm to Table dinner on the 12th at 5:00PM.
